A site surrounded by extensive residential development requires stabilization of more than 57,000 cubic yards of soil impacted by arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, and nickel. Treated soil, sludge, and waste were constructively reused. Treated soil was used as internal berms within the on-site landfill.
